We are going to be exclusively premiering the new poster artwork for the upcoming Warner Brothers release ''Rock Star'' tomorrow. They're FedEx'ing me a copy of the artwork on CD, so as soon as I get it I will post links to it off the homepage.

Things are getting really exciting!

I updated the home page flash with some appearance dates. You may have noticed that the homepage was down during the night. That's because AOL (which I loathe) doesn't support VPN connections (which allow me to connect to my server in Houston to update the site). I failed, like, 14 times, but on the 15th time I tried a different approach and was able to upload the file in the nick of time. Bleah! Sorry to whine. I am happy it is up now, of course.

I'm going to check downstairs to see if the package containing the Rock Star artwork has been delivered yet. I am living in a Best Western hotel here in Philadelphia while I've been working up here for the summer. I'm the Creative Lead for the project we're on, so just call me Creative Mark.

All good. FedEx delivered the package today and I got to play with Adobe PhotoShop to get the poster just right (I got to manually put the words on the poster -- lots of fun for my creative side). Enjoy!

so that's why i couldn't get in last night!!! anyway thanks for all the hard work - it looks fab. great to see some changes happening! enjoy the opening night too!

There will be a couple of very minor changes to the home page this morning as soon as my contact in Houston gets in and posts them. I changed the poster to read Warner Bros. instead of Warner Brothers (they always refer to themselves in the Bros. sense with the dot -- make a note of that and you'll be quizzed later). The other is that they usually call posters a "one sheet" instead of just a poster. Anyway, I know ... huge change. I also moved Jennifer Aniston's name a little to the right at the top to even it out.

I updated the poster on the home page to accurately reflect the new release date.

I'm sure whoever originally created the poster is popping a blood vessel everytime I play with his work of art.
