has anyone seen his workout video? Like he talks about a gym workout and a home workout. Anyone know the routines he presented in the video? thanks.

I was on e-bay yesterday and i saw this thing about his workout video except that was when he was calling himself Marky Mark so it was prolly a while ago. I thought it was so weird i never knew he did workout videos. Hey I'd buy them..hehe

I do own his workout video. I know nothing about working out so i can't begin to tell you what he does. But there is both gym and home workouts on it.

I too own the workout video and it's actually pretty good, I love the warm up, it really gets you pumped!!!! plus, it's Marky, what else do you need to get worked up?? LOL

Its just the basics, that he shows in the video!

Shows flat bench press and sets and how to work out without weights etc...

Especially good if you like to watch him drool over girls. I have it in doors but only watched it once, I'm not strong enough to hang from frames and pull myself up (if I remember correctly).
