It's out for rental right now. If you want to buy it, you'll have to wait a couple more weeks before it becomes available for retail. You could buy it now, but it'll cost you around $90.
Why that is, I wrote about that a while ago in an old topic.

Yeah but it is really expensive..but juss f0r right n0w! I think I am g0nna get it fr0m s0me0ne f0r Christmas!! I bet I w0uld!! I think it is cheaper 0n eBay!! Y0u might get it there f0r like $15 0r m0re!! :P
