ok, i just read that charlize theron recently got a star on the hollywood walk of fame. are they just giving these stars away or something? i dont understand why she got a star. shes only been in two successful movies -in my opion at least (monster and the italian job) does mark have a star? i dont get it.

i think she only got one cuz she won best actress.
&& i dont even think she deserves either.
like gettin fat and ugly isn't worth an oscar.
what if u are already fat & ugly? do u get an award then ?? LMFAO
but umm yeah i think mark should get a star cuz he's been around
since he was like what? 16? 18? and his brother was in NEW KIDS
like the first pop group ever. so all those fking losers should take charlize's star bak and erase her name and put

yea i dont get it. i mean she is a good actress and i loved monster and all but i dont know... mark is an amazing and versatile actor and he does so much humanitarian work...i dont get how come he has not got a star yet. i mean f*****g VANNA WHITE will be getting a star next year!! VANNA WHITE!? and for what -turing letters around on a outdated game show for 20 years?! WTF!!!
someone started a post about mark not getting the credit he deserves, and in regards to this i think its true.

If you have $15000 you can probably get Mark a star. You'd have to nominate him and once approved by the committee, come up with the money and make sure he shows up for the ceremony.

oh my god thats so dissapointing. 
i didnt know that someone had to sponsor the people that got stars. i thought the committe just nominated them and then gave it to them. i wonder what does the $15,000 go towards? it cant cost that much to produce the star and place it into the ground
