With 9/11 coming up there are alot of feelings that will be brought to the surface once again..

And it is only understandable, whith something of this nature... Even though we are all healing in our own ways through the years...
There is still that feeling of wanting to take action against the people that have done us wrong...

And with saying that please keep this in mind.... Anytime in our lives when something is done to us, when we have been attacked and brought to our knees, we tend to want to respond with Violence.. We will even find ways to justify our actions..

What you read below goes with anything in life.. no matter what Violence is never and should never be the answer to anything in life...

Impractical, Immoral

Violence as a way of achieving justice is both impractical and immoral. It is impractical because it is a descending spiral ending in destruction for all. The old law of an eye for an eye leaves everybody blind. It is immoral because it seeks to humiliate the opponent rather than win his understanding; it seeks to annihilate rather than to convert. Violence is immoral because it thrives on hatred rather than love. It destroys community and makes brotherhood impossible. It leaves society in monologue rather than dialogue. Violence ends by defeating itself. It creates bitterness in the survivors and brutality in the destroyers.
