You need to use a image hosting website like www.photobucket.com. For PhotoBucket you just join up (it's free) and then you can upload images on it.
After that you can use the IMG Code link which will be shown underneath the image you uploaded along with afew other ways of linking that photo. So you copy the link beside: IMG Code and then you just paste it here. Then wala the image shows up!  (What IMG Code does is puts [IMG] [/IMG] beside the direct link of the image)
Hopefully, I explained it right to understand  .
