| Why did Nicole make such a big deal when David started beating Gary up? I would have just asked him why he did that then, forced him to tell Gary sorry afterwards, I would have gave him a big long kiss for trying to protect me. |

I don't know, I'd have been pretty shocked and taken aback. Knowing how hot he is and how much she liked him, I too would have probably given him a second chance, like she did, to be honest with myself. But I'd have been pretty weirded out and taken longer than she did to get over it, if ever.
That's a tough one because he was SO charming and manipulative. Notice when he "apologized" to her he said he was sorry about "what happened to Gary"...as if he (David) had nothing to do with it. Mark Wahlberg did great with that role. I wonder who else tried out for it. We'll never know! |

| AND he lashed out with his arm and caught her hard enough to give her a black eye - I might have forgiven the Gary thing a bit quicker but I would question if his actions were really to protect me or just purely agressive if that happened - even if it was accidental. |

| Yeah...and he really shows his psycho side because the way he supposedly feels about Nicole, you would think that after he hit her he would be gushoing about how sorry he is, and he never addressed that topic. He says he'd kill any guy who hurts her, and then he does. What a nut. But, what a HOT nut!!! LOL. I love that movie, I have seen it way too many times. |

I would leave David no matter how hot he is!
If any guy hit me I would leave him in an instant even if it was Mark!
Anyways, Reese was so dependant on him and such a weakling she took him back!
I definately would have told my Dad David hit me if I was Nicole! |
