I think we can put to rest the height argument, in the video from a German interview, Mark states he is 5'10. Now he might be hedging, but I trust he's not gonna exaggerate a bunch.

YEH!!! It is nice to finally know just how tall he really is! I have always thought he had to be about that height to at least 5'11" since George is 6'!!
