ohhhh.....I'm so upset. I just found out they took basketball diaries off the shevles in my area. I cant get it anywhere..I can't even rent it. I guess cuz of a school shooting or something that was in the movie? We've had a couple threats in school so I guess they felt the movie influenced it somehow(yea right!) Its the only movie of Mark's I havent seen and I really want to see it. Was it taken out in anybody else's area too? |

Aww I'm so sorry to hear that, I hope it hasn't been taken out of my area! I will have to check, I haven't rented that movie in awhile because I've seen it like 10 times before. Don't be too sad though, he plays a Very little part in it.

| They took Basketball Diaries off the shelves where I live for a little while (they took it off and pulled it from every store right after the Columbine incident). I did find a copy in the video stores hiding behind some other movies, but just not out in plain, obvious view. I know I bought my copy through Borders Bookstore (they were the only place still selling it on the shelves). |
