| I think i know why tim burton made a surprise ending. because in the sequel mark's going to be stuck on a planet of the apes !! In the original movie, the apes take over the earth. |

| I am wondering now if they will make a sequel. Tim Burton has been quoted recently that he would not direct a sequel becuase he hated them. I hope there will be one though since they left the ending as it is. What do you think? |

I think that there will be a sequal, because there was sequals in the old one.
